Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries in a slow cooker recipe. Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries. How to prepare this delicacy
I’ll say right away that the cottage cheese casserole with blueberries is very tasty even without chocolate-blueberry cream. This casserole can be topped with sour cream or condensed milk, as well as blueberry jam or mashed blueberries with sugar. This is how this casserole turns out so juicy that no additional sauces are needed, but they add variety and attractiveness.
Blueberries are suitable both fresh and frozen. The fat content of cottage cheese is not important.
For the blueberry cottage cheese casserole, prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list.
Mix melted butter with sugar and eggs.
Add and stir in cornstarch. It can be replaced with potato, but in half the quantity.
Grind the resulting mass with cottage cheese.
Lastly, gently stir in the blueberries.
Cook the casserole in a greased form (about 20 cm in diameter) in the oven at 175-180 degrees for about 45 minutes, but keep in mind the properties of your ovens, the time may vary.
Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries can be served warm or cold. If desired, accompany it with some sauce.
I suggest taking note of a simple blueberry and chocolate cream. Make blueberry puree using a blender, add a little sugar to taste, or use blueberry jam.
At medium microwave power (450-600 W), heat the chocolate and blueberry mass, and then mix them together.
Spread this cream on the surface of the chilled cottage cheese casserole. Leave the surface flat or apply some kind of relief, for example, just with a fork.

Summer is the time for berries, so you need to have time to feed the kids with healthy vitamins before they fill up! But what to do if the child is small and refuses to eat raw berries? That's right - cook it, which will include the same berries. Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries is a very tasty dish that even the most unhealthy eaters will love!
Recipe for cottage cheese casserole with blueberries:
1. Place the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and grind into a homogeneous mass. It is very important that there are no breasts left in the cottage cheese - the child may not like them.
2. Wait until the butter softens a little, cut it into cubes and put it with the cottage cheese - in the bowl of a food processor. Turn on the food processor and grind the butter and cottage cheese.
3. Transfer the curd-butter mixture into a large bowl and add the cream there. Instead of cream, you can use sour cream, but then the casserole will be less tender. Stir sour cream, cottage cheese and butter.
4. Break the eggs into the same bowl and mix the mixture.
5. Pour sugar into the casserole dough and stir.
6. The final, but very important ingredient of the dough is semolina. It is thanks to her that the casserole does not crumble or fall apart. Add 5 tablespoons of semolina and mix the dough.
7. We will not just have a casserole, but a casserole with blueberries. Therefore, we wash the berries under running water (it’s more convenient to do this in a colander), wait for the excess water to drain, and put them in the dough. Stir the casserole dough.
8. Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter and crush with breadcrumbs. Then we put our blueberry dough into the mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the mold with the dough in it. The casserole should bake for about half an hour, but can take longer. The main thing is that the dough does not remain raw, so there is no need to rush to turn off the oven.
9. Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries is ready! Now you can cool it, then remove it from the mold and cut it into portions. Well, little ones with a sweet tooth can be served a casserole cut out with a special mold in the shape of a butterfly or flower.
If you or your loved ones have a sweet tooth, then it’s time to cook something tasty, but also healthy: a casserole with cottage cheese will be an excellent choice. And it doesn’t hurt to add jam: use your family’s favorite. An appetizing, aromatic delicacy will not leave anyone indifferent. This means it’s worth getting acquainted with the best recipes for simple casseroles with jam and cottage cheese.

Recipe for cottage cheese casserole with jam “Gift for a loved one”
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 350 grams;
- half a teaspoon of semolina;
- milk - one and a half glasses;
- chicken egg;
- a tablespoon of flour;
- butter – 20 grams;
- granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons;
- 4 teaspoons jam (whatever you like best).
Cooking method:
- First you need to brew semolina. To do this, pour a glass of milk into the pan. After boiling, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar and semolina. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Lumps here are taboo. After brewing, the porridge turns out to be quite thick. It needs to cool down. At this time, start kneading the cottage cheese.
- You should mix cottage cheese with a chicken egg and another tablespoon of sugar that remains. Beat everything with a blender or mixer - a homogeneous curd mass should form.
- Now you need to mix the cottage cheese mixture into the cooled semolina porridge and beat until it becomes a fluffy cream. It's time to turn on the blender at maximum speed: it will prevent lumps from forming.
- The resulting dough should be placed in a greased mold. Sprinkle semolina on top before. Now all that remains is to pour the jam: it should be lightly mixed with the dough, and not just on the surface of the delicacy.
- Place the casserole in the oven, preheating it to 180 degrees. In an hour the dish will be ready. You can even turn off the oven after 50 minutes, and then, without putting or removing the baked goods, leave it to bake for another 10 minutes. In this case, the oven must be closed.
- After this, the cottage cheese casserole with jam is taken out of the oven, placed on a beautiful dish and cut into portions so that you can treat your whole family.
This casserole should be served hot with any fermented milk drink: it will be very tasty!

- The consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
- The mold must be greased with sunflower oil, otherwise the mixture will burn.
- At the end of cooking, you should let the treat “simmer.”
